    How to update firmware over the air (OTA) using MASIGO Viewer App?

    You can easily update your dash cam's firmware through the MASIGO Viewer app, in addition to using a computer.

    STEP 1: Download the Latest Version – Connect to the internet and download the latest firmware version.

    Use the internet connection to download the latest version

    STEP 2: Update Firmware – In the app, tap "Connect Dash Cam" > "Settings" > "Version (New)." Tap "Ready for Update" and your camera will disconnect. Do not disconnect the power supply during the update process. Once the update is complete, theΒ dashcam will restart automatically.
