    How to update the firmware using a computer?

    To update the firmware of your dash cam using a computer, follow these steps:

    1. Visit the Firmware & Manual section on theΒ MASIGO website and download the latest firmware.

    2. Decompress the downloaded file using the appropriate software (e.g.,Β 7-Zip)

    3. Copy the .bin files to the root directory of your micro-SD card. Insert the micro-SD card into the camera.

    4. Connect the camera to a power supply. It will restart automatically within 30-40 seconds, signaling that the firmware update is complete.

    Note: Do not disconnect the power supply or remove the memory card during the firmware update process, as this may cause issues with the device.
