Cut-Off Voltage Settings
When the car engine is off, the Power Shield actively monitors the car battery's voltage while powering the dashcam. Should the battery voltage drop below your preset level, it automatically cuts off power to conserve battery life. Once the car is started and the battery voltage rises 0.5V above the cutoff level, power is seamlessly restored.
*Switch: ON▲ / OFF▼
*For standard passenger vehicles, a setting of 12.2V is recommended.
*If you're installing this on a pick-up or a larger vehicle, adjust it to 12.5V.
